If you wish to return or exchange a product, please be sure to contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without contacting us in advance. After contacting us, we will contact you again regarding the return/exchange method.

[Returns and exchanges due to our reason such as product defects]

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or if we receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will exchange or return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible after the product arrives. Please note that we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

In the case of a defective product, the shipping fee will be borne by our shop.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send it back by cash on delivery.

We will promptly process the return or exchange.

In addition, if the product is out of stock, we may ask you to cancel it because we cannot exchange it. Please note that we will contact you in advance.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning or exchanging items due to personal reasons such as a different image. Items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, along with any accessories such as labels and bags.

Items purchased as a set must be returned together.

・Items that have been delivered for more than 8 days.

・Made-to-order products.

Sale products such as outlet products and lucky bags .

・Items that are described as "non-returnable" in the product description.
