Nice to meet you.
My name is Akiko and I am an organic & vegan lunch party and healing meditation teacher in Tokyo.
I am active on the main Instagram account @akiko_kobayashi_. I am fortunate enough to be able to write on this blog.
When I received the first econawa product and opened the box, the postcard with the company's philosophy on it caught my eye.
About three years ago, I suddenly realized that I was eating away at the earth just by being alive. They just pollute the sea and the air as a matter of course, and don't even try to clean it. What will happen to the earth when the children who are born from now on grow up? Sea creatures have died and been polluted It was raining, and there was no food... When I imagined it, I remember feeling despair and regret.
From that day on, I started thinking about what I could do in this world, as a small, nobody, and little by little I reconsidered my way of life. We carefully used what we have now, and changed what we use every day into something that can be used repeatedly.
Choose detergents, soaps, shampoos, etc. that flow into the sea that do not decompose and lead to pollution, choose clothes that are derived from nature as much as possible, and choose naturally cultivated and organic foods that do not pollute the earth. , stopped eating meat.
When it comes to food, I was originally trying to choose additive-free and organic foods for my own health, but I became more strict with the addition of reasons for the earth.

Food, clothing and shelter can be enjoyed in various forms without additives or organically.
If you are wondering why eating meat or vegetables covered in pesticides that are sold in the general market is not good, please do your research.
I want to spread my thoughts, want to do something for the earth but don't know, want to connect with people who have the same idea, etc. I want to create a place where everyone can gather. The vegan restaurant Plus Vee is planning a lunch party with Nick two or three times a month. At this lunch meeting, there is also time for meditation before meals, and those who wish can participate.
You may think that the improvement of the earth has nothing to do with meditation, but I believe that by meditating, we can all be kind to the earth by loving ourselves.
If you don't do something good for the earth, your feelings will take precedence, and if you neglect yourself, it will result in hypocrisy and torture yourself. It's hard to continue to be kind to someone when you're not comfortable.
Taking time to meditate and introspect, even just once a week or once a month, is a wonderful gift for life. If you don't know what to do with meditation, I recently started an online meditation class with a friend, so please join me.

It is important to continue to take action to improve the earth, such as ecology, sustainability, power saving, water saving, veganism, etc. While searching for your own comfort, let's change one by one, starting with things that are easy to incorporate.
To leave a beautiful earth for the children of the future.
Finally, I would like to share a recipe for a delicious soup that can be enjoyed by everyone from babies to adults in the cold season.
Naturally cultivated and organic vegetables can be eaten with peace of mind, so please choose such vegetables and make them.

🌱By steaming and boiling the vegetables, you can enjoy the original flavor of the vegetables.
🌱 the green of the decoration is a recycled leaf that raised the getafe of the carrot. It is recommended to use it for a little color.
🌱 We recommend using organic and naturally grown vegetables, so you don't have to peel them, and they're kind to the earth and your health.
